I am thinking of selling my house in a year or two and would like to refacte our cabinet doors and the cabinets, because they look awful now. I’ve heard that there’s a product, that is like a film cover to go over the cabinets. It woudl be white and would stick to the existing cabinet.

I have 24 cabinet doors. The existing cabinetry is knotty pine wood. I was given a quote of 00 to refinish it by painting it white. How much more should refacing be? I am thinking of using thermofoil so it looks like wood.
Also, can my barrel hinge be changed over to concealed hinges?
